LL Media is a creator management company. Since 2018 we have handled brand deals, negotiation, editing, posting strategy, storefronts and the business admin that eats your week — so the only thing left on your plate is the part you love most.

What we handle

The unglamorous half of the job.

Most creators do not stall because the content got worse. They stall because one person cannot film, edit, post, pitch, invoice and negotiate at the same time. That is the half we take.

Brand deals, end to end

We source the partners, pitch you properly, and negotiate the rate. You see the contract with our notes on it before anything gets signed. We do not take deals you would be embarrassed to post.

Editing and post

Long form cutdowns, vertical shorts, thumbnails, captions, packaging. You send the footage, we send back something ready to publish on a schedule you can actually keep.

Growth strategy

What to post, where, and why. We read your analytics with you every month and change one thing at a time, so you can tell what is working instead of guessing.

Money, plural

Sponsorships are one income stream and a fragile one. We build the others with you: your own storefront, memberships, affiliate, licensing, live. The goal is that no single platform can end your year.

Contracts and admin

Invoicing, chasing late payers, usage rights, exclusivity windows, tax paperwork. The boring things that quietly cost creators thousands a year when nobody is watching them.

People who answer

A small roster on purpose. You get a real person on a real call, not a ticket number and a quarterly check in from someone who has not watched your content.

The other half of the company

We build the store, too.

Merch, digital products, print on demand, the checkout, the fulfillment, the restocks. Most creators leave money on the table because building a shop properly is a project nobody has a spare weekend for, so we build it for them. It is included at no cost for every creator we represent. Not with us? Start with a consultation and we will quote from there.

  • Built, not templatedA storefront that looks like your channel, not a stock theme with your logo dropped in the corner.
  • We run the boring endInventory, fulfillment, restocks, customer emails, returns. You approve the products; we handle everything after that.
  • Free on the rosterIf we manage you, the store is part of the deal — build, fulfillment and support, at no cost. Everyone else gets a consultation and a fixed quote.

Who we work with

The brands on the other side of the table.

We do not publish our creators. We do publish who we negotiate against.

Every creator we represent approves their own deals. You can decline any brand on this wall, or any brand we approach on your behalf, and you never have to give a reason.

Our roster is private.

That is policy, not modesty. Brands get the full list, the real numbers and the audience data under NDA. Everyone else gets the total at the top of this page and nothing more.

  • Nothing changes on your feedNo agency tag in your bio, no announcement post, no credit line. You are never listed anywhere public, including here.
  • Your numbers stay yoursRates, deal terms and audience data go to brands under NDA. They never become a public case study with your name on it.
  • No guilt by associationWho else we represent is not your business card, and you are not theirs. Every deal is judged on your work alone.

Who we sign

There is no follower minimum.

We have signed creators under 10k and creators over a million. What we are reading for is whether the thing you are building has somewhere to go.

  • You post consistentlyNot daily. Just predictably enough that we can build a plan on top of it.
  • Your audience is genuinely yoursReal engagement on a smaller account beats a bought number every time, and brands can tell.
  • You want this to be the jobWe are not the right fit for a hobby account, and that is a completely fine thing to have.
  • You are easy to work withReplies to messages, hits agreed dates, tells us early when something slips. That is the whole bar.

“We would rather take five percent of something you are proud of than thirty percent of a channel you burned out running.”

Our journey

How we got here.

LL Media started in 2018 with one contract that should never have been sent. Everything below came out of the same problem, in order.

  1. 2018

A contract arrives on a Friday afternoon

Four figures for a video, perpetual worldwide rights, a year of category exclusivity and no cap on revisions. She was going to sign it, because nobody had ever offered her more and she had nobody to ask. We read it, sent back six changes, and the brand accepted five without argument.

  2. 2020

Holding the line on rates through a bad year

Budgets froze in March while audiences climbed, and brands started offering exposure instead of a fee to people whose numbers had never been better. We told everyone we represent the same thing: a rate you drop in a panic takes two years to climb back.

  3. 2022

    We start building storefronts

A creator had forty thousand people who would happily have bought a shirt, and sold none, because running a shop is a second job. So we started doing that job too — design, checkout, fulfillment, restocks, customer email. It became its own arm of the company at lsquare.store.

  4. 2023

    Five years

From one person and a spreadsheet to creators across six platforms, and brands who in 2018 would not have returned the email. Exclusivity windows argued down, invoices chased, deals killed that would have embarrassed the people we represent.

  5. 2025

    The roster goes private, permanently

A public roster is a marketing asset for the agency and a liability for the talent. Brands get the full list, the real figures and the audience data under NDA. Everyone else gets a total. It has never once cost us a deal.

  6. 2026

Eight years, and the one thing that has not changed

Rates are researchable now. Contracts are longer and fairer. The industry grew up. The person making the work is still the worst-placed person to negotiate for it — which is the whole reason this company exists.
