Why our roster stays private
Every so often someone asks why we do not list our creators. The short answer is that a roster page is a marketing asset for the agency and a liability for the talent.
Once you are publicly attached to a management company, three things follow. Brands price you by the company’s reputation instead of your own numbers. Other creators on that list become your association, whether you asked for it or not. And the day you leave, the internet notices.
So we do not publish it. Brands get the full list, the real figures and the audience data under NDA, because they need it to make a decision. Everyone else gets a total. Discretion is not a perk we offer, it is the default we work under, and it has never once cost us a deal.
